DIRECTIONS: Add one level scoop (22.5 g) to a shaker bottle, blender, or glass. Pour about 6-10 oz of your preferred cold liquid (such as water, milk, or juice) over the powder. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk, or secure the lid on your shaker bottle and shake well until completely dissolved. Adding ice cubes to the shaker can also help break up lumps.
